We offer Primary Care, Infectious Disease management , HIV/ PrEP services, in-house Labs, and Pharmacy support. All focused on access, dignity ,and patient centered care. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner with strong background in primary care and infectious disease. This role is ideal for provider who is passionate about making a real impact in the community. Responsibilities . Provide comprehensive primary care services . Manage acute and chronic conditions .Provide HIVPrEP care and infectious disease management .Order and interpret Labs .Educate and support patients in their care plans .Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Qualifications .Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Florida .Experience in Primary Care and Infectious Disease (REQUIRED) . Strong communication and clinical skills Schedule Monday
