09/03/2026 Job Description Job Description West Eastern Health is an integrative mental health clinic in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, serving the greater Jacksonville area. We blend evidence-based Western psychiatry with holistic, whole-person care: psychiatric medication management, ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato, Exomind TMS, qEEG brain mapping, neurofeedback, IV therapy, and clinical research. We are hiring a full-time PMHNP to join our multidisciplinary team and grow with us as we expand access through insurance. Practice medicine, not paperwork This is the part that makes us different. In addition to our cash-pay services already offered (IV/IM ketamine-assisted therapy, accelerated Exomind TMS), we are building an insurance-based care ecosystem backed by a modern, dedicated revenue-cycle engine, so that billing, coding, and prior authorizations are handled for you, not by you. Our clinicians spend their time with patients and on clinical decision-making, while a specialized team and current technology carry the administrative load behind the scenes. You bring the medicine; we build the infrastructure that lets you focus on it. Dedicated billing and coding support so your notes turn into clean claims without you chasing them. Prior-authorization team that manages the back-and-forth with payers for Spravato, TMS, and medications. Credentialing handled by the clinic, with a collaborating physician provided as Florida requires. Modern EMR and measurement-based care that reduce clicks rather than add them. What you will do Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management across depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and related conditions. Lead and oversee ketamine-assisted therapy and Spravato (esketamine), including patient selection, monitoring, and integration. Collaborate on treatment planning for Exomind TMS, neurofeedback, and qEEG brain mapping. Deliver integrative, whole-person care alongside our PA and support staff. Document and code accurately in the EMR, fully supported by our billing and coding team. Help shape our growth toward an insurance-based, psychiatrist-led model with on-site clinical research. What you bring
Required:
Active Florida APRN license (or eligibility) with
PMHNP-BC
certification (ANCC); MSN or DNP from an accredited program; active DEA registration with controlled-substance prescribing; willingness to practice under a Florida collaborative arrangement (provided).
Preferred:
Experience with ketamine-assisted therapy, Spravato, and/or TMS; comfort in an insurance-based practice and measurement-based care;
BLS/ACLS
for ketamine and IV settings.
Who thrives here:
a clinician who wants to do real integrative psychiatry in a supportive, modern, team-based setting, and who is excited to build something rather than maintain the status quo. Compensation and benefits Competitive base salary plus a production incentive on the services you personally perform, so strong producers are rewarded directly. Malpractice coverage and a collaborating physician provided by the clinic. CME allowance and paid time off. A clear growth path as we expand insurance access, add a psychiatrist-led service line, and launch clinical trials (principal-investigator opportunities). 401K matching, Paid Time Off offered.
