Job Description
Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join and help lead an established Wound Care Center program in St. Cloud, FL , in partnership with Healogics and Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital . This is a hands-on, procedure-focused role ideal for NPs who enjoy performing procedures in a structured, outpatient setting—with no call and a predictable weekday schedule . Why This Role Stands Out Full-time, weekday schedule (~40 hours/week) 100% outpatient wound care Procedure-driven practice No nights, no call, no weekends, no holidays Patients seen by appointment only - no walk-ins Cross-training at a hospital-associated wound care center Established program with strong patient volume What You'll Do Perform wound care procedures (debridement, suturing, I&Ds, etc.) Treat chronic and complex wounds, primarily in a geriatric population Utilize advanced therapies, including: Debridement Infection management Compression therapy Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize healing outcomes Built-In Support Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Full front & back office support Training & Growth Comprehensive onboarding & training provided : 5-day Wound Care training + mentorship 40-hour Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) training (paid) Ongoing professional development Opportunities for leadership and program growth ✅ What You Bring Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Active Florida license & DEA Minimum 1 year of NP experience required Procedural experience required (suturing, debridement, I&Ds, or similar) Comfortable working in a procedure-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits solid base salary + quarterly bonuses Full healthcare benefits 401(k) & retirement plan PTO package including major holidays If you're an NP who enjoys procedures and wants a consistent, outpatient-only schedule with strong support and training—this is a great opportunity to build a specialized skillset in wound care.
