JOB OVERVIEW
A crucial role in healthcare diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care while promoting wellness and preventative care. Position is located at our Graceville Clinic at 951 Prim Ave, Suite 20, Graceville, FL 32440.
Clinic Operating Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 Saturday rotation required at the Marianna Clinic every 4-5 weeks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
  • Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications and provide instructions for use
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Manage overall patient care and devising individualized care plans
  • Educate and counsel patients on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Providing primary and specialty care services
  • Coordinating care with other healthcare providers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic health records
  • Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
  • Perform clinical procedure within scope of practice
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing
  • American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification (preferred)
  • Experience in a clinical or hospital setting
SKILLS:
  • Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication
  • Work independently as part of a healthcare team
  • Proficiency in EHR systems
  • Advanced clinical training and experience
  • Managing complex patient cases
