Job Description
Position Overview North Florida Pain Specialists is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding interventional pain management practice in Tallahassee. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values meaningful patient relationships, hands-on procedural exposure, and long-term career growth in a supportive, physician-led environment. About Our Practice We are a high-volume, interventional pain clinic focused on delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care to patients across North Florida. Our team emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and individualized treatment planning. Our services include a comprehensive range of therapies such as medication management, image-guided procedures, spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, intrathecal drug delivery systems, kyphoplasty, and other advanced pain interventions. What You Can Expect Four-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), some Friday mornings Dedicated onboarding and training period (approximately 90 days) Modern clinic with in-house fluoroscopy suites Opportunities to participate in cases at local hospitals and surgery centers Competitive hourly compensation with bonus potential Paid time off (10 days annually) Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance and paid educational days Malpractice coverage and assistance with licensure/relocation Ongoing mentorship from experienced interventional pain physicians Clear path for professional advancement within the organization Ideal Candidate Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Florida license required or eligible) Open to both new graduates and experienced providers Strong communication and patient engagement skills Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven setting Interest in interventional pain management and procedural medicine Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach Why Join Us?
