• 12-hour Shifts Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Wellington Regional Medical Center .

III NICU

Glance NICU Schedule :

12-hour shifts, rotating weekends

Newborn Nursery Schedule :

8-hour shifts, 5 days a week

Staffing Model :

4.5 Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage 2.3 mid-level providers covering NICU during the day 1.5 mid-level providers covering the newborn nursery during daytime hours

Responsibilities :

Care for full-term and late preterm infants in the newborn nursery Attend high-risk deliveries Oversee daily responsibilities in the nursery Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care About Wellington Regional Medical Center WRMC is a 233-bed acute care hospital serving western Palm Beach County.
