Job Description
Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - General Pediatrics Sunshine Pediatrics of Florida Sunshine Pediatrics of Florida has proudly served our community for 19 years, providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care to families across the Tampa Bay area. With three convenient locations in Lutz, Tampa, and Wesley Chapel, our growing practice is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and team members. We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding pediatric team. We are hiring for either a Part-Time or Full-Time position with availability for weekday evening hours and/or Saturdays (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Position Highlights Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity Evening weekday hours available Saturday shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Collaborative and supportive clinical team Established practice with strong community presence Opportunity to grow within a respected pediatric organization Compensation & Benefits Starting hourly rate: $45-$50/hour Malpractice coverage provided 401(k) with employer matching Monthly $200 health insurance stipend 80 hours PTO CME allowance: $1,000 annually Student Loan Contribution Program (eligible after 1 year of employment) Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Sunshine Pediatrics?
