Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Primary Care)Job Summary EMINAT Medical Center and Global Care are opening a new Primary Care clinic in West Palm beach, Florida, and is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based primary care while building lasting relationships with patients. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient environment. This position will initially begin on a part-time basis with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including obtaining medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and developing individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines. Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of Florida law and organizational protocols. Perform minor office procedures and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs and point-of-care laboratory testing, when appropriate. Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, lifestyle modifications, and preventive healthcare. Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Complete all clinical documentation, prescriptions, referrals, laboratory orders, and diagnostic imaging orders within eClinicalWorks by the end of each business day. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records in accordance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies. Collaborate effectively with Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and management to ensure an exceptional patient experience and efficient clinic operations. Qualifications Active Florida Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) license in good standing. National certification appropriate to licensure. DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to employment). Minimum of one (1) year of primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or comparable outpatient clinical experience preferred. Experience managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and obesity is highly desirable. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR); previous experience with eClinicalWorks is strongly preferred. Strong clinical decision-making, documentation, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills. Bilingual ( English/Spanish ) preferred. What We Offer Opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice expands. Pay:
$50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
