Aspirus Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about providing behavioral health services to patients in Weston, Wisconsin. Join a great team in a positive work environment.

OPPORTUNITY

Full-time, 5 days per week (7:30am-5:00pm, flexible hours); no call, no weekends Primarily adult and adolescent patients, with opportunity to see children Potential for hybrid care model with onsite and telehealth visits Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications Collaborative, team-based care model with internal referrals between primary care and behavioral health teams Dedicated support staff, including a skilled behavioral health reception team for scheduling and templates

Qualifications:

PMHNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners Physician Assistants must obtain psychiatry certification within 2 years of hire Experience preferred
