III NICU

Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification Experience:
Prior neonatal NICU experience preferred, but not mandatory

III NICU
with 10 beds Support high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment Manage care within a 20-bed newborn nursery, providing daily coverage Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams Conduct comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Ensure continuity of care from admission through stabilization and discharge Participate in a flexible shift schedule, including 16- and 24-hour shifts Contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered neonatal care What You Need Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner licensing and certification Experience working in NICU settings preferred Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and management Excellent teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment This is a permanent, full-time position at a well-respected hospital in Carrollton, Georgia, known for its state-of-the-art facilities and community-focused approach.
