About Us Mulberry Primary Care is a growing, patient-centered primary care clinic committed to providing compassionate, high-quality healthcare to our community. As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and grow with us. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider looking to build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive environment with long-term growth potential. Position Overview The NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care services, including management of chronic conditions, acute/sick visits, and preventive care. This role will begin with an expected patient volume of approximately 5 patients per day , allowing time to become familiar with clinic workflows and establish a patient panel. Patient volume is expected to increase gradually as you train and establish a patient panel. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, clinically confident, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care . Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan Diagnose and manage chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity, thyroid disorders, anxiety/depression, and other common primary care concerns Evaluate and treat acute/sick visits , including minor illnesses and urgent care concerns Perform preventive and wellness visits , including annual physicals and health screenings Order, interpret, and discuss laboratory results and diagnostic testing Develop individualized treatment plans and patient education strategies Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant DEA license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage both chronic and acute care conditions independently Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, professional, and patient-focused Experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or primary care preferred , but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Supportive and collaborative work environment Insurance, 401k Opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding clinic Competitive compensation based on experience Potential for professional growth and leadership opportunities as the practice expands Why Join Mulberry Primary Care?
