Job Description
Looking for full time, Family Nurse Practitioner. Extremely competitive pay and benefits package. Working Hours Office hours are 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. Provider will work 4 days a week, with a 1-in-3 weekend rotation included. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests; prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and preventive care plans, including immunizations, screenings, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record and maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Promote health literacy and support patients and families in managing their health and wellness.
