About Thrive Health Center Thrive Health Center is a patient-centered healthcare practice providing family medicine, primary care, urgent care, and wellness services. We deliver prevention-focused, evidence-based care to patients of all ages while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. Position Overview Thrive Health Center is seeking a multifunctional Nurse Practitioner to provide both family medicine and urgent care services. This role is ideal for an experienced provider who is confident managing routine primary care visits as well as same-day urgent care cases. The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in improving access to care, maintaining continuity, and delivering high-quality clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in an urgent care setting Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and wellness visits Perform thorough patient assessments, physical exams, and medical histories Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform in-office procedures within scope of practice Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care Educate patients on treatment plans, follow-up care, and disease prevention Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR) Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program Active Nurse Practitioner certification and current state licensure Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or emergency care Strong clinical decision-making and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment Complete the DOT certification exam within 90 days of employment Excellent communication and patient engagement skills Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Closed on
