A Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner provides mental health and nursing care to patients with psychiatric disorders, medical organic brain disorders or substance abuse problems. Diagnoses mental illness, develops treatment plans and prescribes medications. Teaches patient's family about the patient's condition. Works at hospitals with dedicated mental health unit, fully dedicated psychiatric hospital or in independent practice working from nursing homes and physicians' offices.

Job Description

The Healthy Woman is a multispecialty group centered around providing comprehensive healthcare to all woman. We are looking for the perfect Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This position will require you to work in the office and be available for some after hours call. Must have ability to work in office 4.5 days per week, Athena EHR preferred.
