Nurse Practitioner NEEDED Here at Everyday Diabetes Center, we have spent the last 7 years pouring into our T1D patients. It's what we do and it's who we are! But with the world of diabetes access becoming less we opened our doors to patients with T2D, Gestational Diabetes and Pre-Diabetes ("Wellness"). The response has been amazing, but our current provider's patient loads are in need of some relief! With a desire to reach all patients with the many forms of diabetes-related issues we are in need of a part-time nurse practitioner to jump onboard the EDC team and serve these populations with us. We are not looking for someone who is experienced in all of these areas, but are desiring someone with passion for diabetes. Because again…that is who we are. The position hours are flexible to fit applicants desired hours to work but is a min of 16 and max of 32 hours per week. Position is for in person, but optional telehealth hours can be discussed to add to as position grows. Qualifications Personal experience with diabetes is preferred but we're ultimately looking for candidates that have integrity, spiritual fortitude and are bold enough to be graciously honest with patients but pliable enough to slide right into the established EDC system.
