Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Coastal Medical Staffing - 4.6 Pooler, GA Job Details Full-time From $120,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Teamwork Patient assessment Pathology Diagnostic evaluation Injection administration MRI DEA License Treatment of musculoskeletal injuries Patient interaction Orthopedics Medical imaging Full Job Description We are partnering with a well-established, patient-focused spine and joint practice serving the Savannah and Pooler communities to identify a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong interest in musculoskeletal and pain management care. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on delivering advanced, personalized treatment for patients dealing with spine, orthopedic, and personal injury-related conditions. Position Overview Split schedule between Savannah and Pooler (typically 2 & 2) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Starting compensation: $120K+ , with growth potential based on experience Clinical Focus Spine, orthopedic, and interventional pain management Personal injury patient population Regenerative and non-surgical treatment approaches Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and review medical histories Interpret diagnostic imaging (including MRI findings) and clinical data Develop and implement treatment plans for acute and chronic pain conditions Perform in-office procedures including joint and trigger point injections Manage medications and coordinate ongoing care plans Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery expectations Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical team members to optimize outcomes Required Experience & Skills Active NP or PA license (Georgia) with DEA Strong background in musculoskeletal and spinal pathology Experience managing conditions such as: Herniated discs Radiculopathy Facet joint pain syndromes Hands-on experience with: Joint injections Trigger point injections PRP / regenerative medicine techniques Comfortable reviewing imaging and discussing findings directly with patients Preferred Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or spine specialty settings Exposure to regenerative therapies, IV supplementation, or emerging treatment modalities Interest in expanding into additional procedural or cosmetic services Why This Opportunity Stands Out Established and growing practice with a strong reputation in the community Collaborative team environment with a focus on patient-centered care Opportunity to work with a diverse case mix in spine and injury-related treatment Ability to further develop procedural and clinical skillset in a specialized setting
