The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident in managing a broad spectrum of urgent care cases, and committed to delivering excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care for urgent, non-emergent conditions including illnesses, injuries, and minor procedures Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including X-rays and laboratory studies Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines and state regulations Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and front office teams to maintain efficient patient flow and high-quality care Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation within the EMR system Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
