Why This Role Stands Out GlyCare's providers play a critical role in improving patient safety, reducing complications, and supporting hospitals through specialized inpatient diabetes management. Our work intersects with nearly every major hospital specialty, including: Cardiology Nephrology Infectious Disease Surgery Nutrition Wound Care Rehabilitation Providers work closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, pharmacy, dietitians, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated inpatient care. What You'll Love About This Position ✔ Approximately 16 shifts per month ✔ Full benefits eligibility ✔ Predictable block-style scheduling ✔ More non-working days than traditional Monday-Friday provider roles ✔ Daytime hospital-based rounding only ✔ Minimal after-hours phone-only call ✔ No ICU management ✔ No procedures ✔ No admissions or discharges ✔ No controlled substance prescribing ✔ Protocol-driven care model ✔ Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP's) ✔ Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include: Monday- Wednesday + Every Other Weekend OR Wednesday
- Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $131,000
- 146,000 annually In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
