Training provided. About the Opportunity Underground Strength and Wellness Clinic is seeking a full-time licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at an exciting new clinic location. This is a rare opportunity to work with a high degree of clinical autonomy in a low-stress, collaborative environment — no hospital chaos, no weekend call, and no bureaucratic red tape. You'll operate under a clearly defined collaborative agreement outlining your scope of practice and full prescriptive authority, while making a genuine difference in patients' lives through personalized hormone and wellness care. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive medical oversight to direct-pay wellness patients Diagnose and treat hormone deficiency disorders in both men and women Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and peptide protocols Order and interpret lab work to guide individualized treatment plans Prescribe weight loss medications and design supportive treatment programs Administer and oversee IV hydration therapy and IM vitamin injections Counsel patients and deliver education on therapies, expectations, and goals Assist with patient check-out using point-of-sale systems and clinic phone calls as needed The Ideal Candidate Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and clinical decision-making authority Confident prescribing hormone therapy for men and women — training provided for the right person Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; truly enjoys patient care Thrives in a team-based, collaborative, and fast-growing clinic environment Provides outstanding customer service and builds trusting long-term patient relationships Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy is preferred but not required Requirements & Qualifications Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Georgia NPI and DEA license (preferred; support available for candidates in process) Proficient with phlebotomy and IV catheter insertion Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and computer-based data management Strong verbal and written communication skills across all settings Sound working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA federal and state regulations Must be available Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm (please do not apply if unable to meet this schedule) Benefits & Perks Competitive salary: $120,000-$140,000/year + performance bonus based on revenue Clinic wellness benefit — enjoy complimentary access to our own services including hormone therapy, peptide treatments, IV hydration, and vitamin injections Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays — enjoy every holiday off No weekends Monday-Friday daytime schedule — protect your work-life balance Full training provided — we invest in your growth Supportive, faith-centered team culture built on integrity and care Be a founding clinical team member at an exciting new clinic location
