Our Kaneohe primary care clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare to multigenerational patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As an FNP, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our patients, and work closely with a diverse team that includes Patient Access Representatives, Medical Assistants, Practice Manager, and Primary Care Physicians, to ensure a high-quality standard of patient care. The incumbent maintains responsibility for providing expert primary care including, but not limited to comprehensive health assessments, some women's health services, medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions, formulate treatment plans and implement interventions. Incumbent will participate in practice call equally shared among providers on average 4 days per month. Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited graduate-level program that produced a master's degree in clinical nursing or nursing science in relevant field of specialty. Current Hawaii Registered Nurse License. Current Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License with prescriptive authority that meets education requirement(s) for Hawaii state APRN prescriptive authority. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card. Five (5) years' family nurse practitioner experience or equivalent nursing experience in a primary care outpatient setting. Candidates must be Family Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (FNP-BC), Hawaii medical licensed or eligible, and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
