The Opportunity Infinity Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care. You will:
Provide primary care and/or urgent/walk-in services across the lifespan Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Deliver preventive care, including wellness exams, screenings, and immunizations Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.) Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans Promote healthy behaviors through patient education and counseling Collaborate across disciplines to ensure coordinated, whole-person care Participate in value-based care and population health initiatives Contribute to clinical quality improvement and peer review activities Providers at Infinity Health are empowered to help shape care delivery, improve workflows, and enhance patient outcomes through active participation in policy and process development. Key Responsibilities Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer patients as needed Participate in after-hours coverage and shared on-call rotation Conduct nursing home rounds as applicable Engage in quality improvement and peer review activities Precept students as opportunities arise Attend organizational meetings and ongoing education sessions Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current licensure (or eligibility) in the State of Iowa Active DEA license
BLS/ACLS
