Job Description

StatUS Health Partners, a physician owned and operated group based in Iowa, is looking for a part time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its team in a critical access hospital near Des Moines, Iowa. This is a permanent, part time independent contractor position for one shift a week.
Position Highlights:
Low Volume, Critical Access Hospital seeing 2500 ED patients annually Hybrid ED/Inpatient model Average daily census 1-3 One 24 hour shift weekly, 7am Sat-7am Sun Candidates that can dedicate at least two weekend shifts a month are encouraged to apply Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Iowa. Candidate must have at least one year of experience working as an NP in emergency medicine or inpatient medicine. Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations including children, seniors requiring memory or dementia care, individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges. Ability to work independently during 24-hour shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
