This position is ideal for a provider looking for a flexible, low-stress environment with a strong support team.

Schedule:

1 day per week (flexible scheduling)

About Our Practice:

We specialize in non-surgical, outpatient care focused on musculoskeletal and personal injury patients. Our approach emphasizes rehabilitation, functional recovery, and conservative treatment , not high-risk or high-acuity care.

Responsibilities:

Perform patient evaluations and re-examinations Develop and oversee treatment plans Provide trigger point injections and basic in-office procedures (training available if needed) Collaborate with chiropractic and rehab team Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
