Alumni and aftercare program. Renaissance Ranch has an opening for a PA, Nurse Practitioner or APRN at our Shelley, Idaho facility.

Job Summary:

Provides initial and weekly medical visits for various substance-use disorder clients while adhering to Renaissance Ranch Vision and Mission Statement. Performed both virtual and in person.

Salary:

1099 Contracted position. $80 per new admit & $60 per follow-up

Essential Functions:

Conduct medical evaluations, histories, and physical assessments for individuals with substance use and co-occurring medical or psychiatric conditions. Prescribe, monitor, and manage medications related to withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and ongoing medical care. Monitor patient safety and clinical stability, including lab review, medication interactions, and management of acute or chronic medical issues. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate integrated, patient-centered care and support treatment planning. Ensure compliance with all applicable medical, ethical, and regulatory standards, including documentation, prescribing guidelines, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2. Implements medical interventions to support clients in regaining or maintaining physiologic stability, including serving in a hands-on role when appropriate.

Requirements:

Active license, PA, NP or APRN. Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
