What You'll Do Assess and manage patients' mental health needs, ensuring personalized, high-quality care. Prescribe and manage medications under the guidance of a supervising psychiatrist. Conduct mental health evaluations and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with nursing home staff to address health concerns and foster a supportive environment. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Build trust and compassion with patients, promoting recovery and well-being.
Your Skills and Experience Required :
Active Nurse Practitioner license with at least 1 year of experience . Strong knowledge of medical guidelines, procedures, and patient care standards. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills. A caring and collaborative mindset. Preferred but
Not Required :
