What You Will Do:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification /
Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Registered Nurse preferred. Verified by local credentialing office.
Education:
Master's degree of Nursing required.
