Prescribe and manage FDA-approved weight management medications and hormone therapies in accordance with state regulations and company guidelines. Provide ongoing patient follow-up and personalized health coaching, reinforcing metabolic health, hormone balance, nutrition, lifestyle modification, and long-term adherence to care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain a consistent clinical presence in the designated home clinic while providing secondary onsite and virtual coverage across additional locations as assigned. Support clinical continuity during provider PTO, transitions, schedule gaps, or operational needs to ensure uninterrupted patient access and care standards. Participate in training and skill validation initiatives to maintain alignment with company clinical standards and patient engagement strategies. Provide input to clinic leadership regarding patient care trends or opportunities for improvement. Support overall clinic operations and patient flow as needed to maintain efficiency and service standards.
Desired Skills:
  • Strong adaptability with the ability to support additional clinic environments while maintaining a consistent presence in a designated home clinic.
Advanced clinical judgment and confident independent decision-making skills. Ability to uphold consistent care standards and company protocols across primary and secondary locations. Strong organizational agility to manage a dynamic schedule that may include multi-site and virtual coverage. Excellent communication skills for both in-person and virtual patient interactions. In-depth knowledge of metabolic health, obesity medicine, cardiometabolic risk factors, and hormone optimization therapies.
