Role Description Lakeside Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team. This is a primarily in-person position based in the St. Louis area, with potential for additional clinical work in the Metro East Illinois region. In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population. You will collaborate within a supportive, multidisciplinary team and be backed by dedicated administrative staff who handle scheduling, prior authorizations, refill requests, and other non-clinical duties—allowing you to focus on high-quality patient care.
