This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care across the home care environment. As a Visiting NP, you will be instrumental in managing acute and chronic conditions, performing medical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. This paid position is perfect for proactive professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through flexible and dynamic practice. The independent contractor position consists of visiting patients in their home. These patients are typically physically or mentally incapable or have difficulty accessing outpatient services. A remote scheduler provides you with a daily schedule of patients to see, based on you regional preference. You would then provide your note and orders for us to submit to a home health agency to provide services. Its a very straight forward job and allows plenty of flexibility and autonomy. We also provide mileage reimbursement at the fed rate and also have 401k benefits. We offer part time and full time positions. We work with many home health agencies across Chicagoland. Our service area is about a one hour radius, north south and west of downtown. Most of our patients are within cook county but we have a lot in the burbs as well. This allows the provider to choose what region best suits them.
