Job Description

Mid-Level Provider (PA or NP) - Join a Growing Urology Team in the Illinois Valley Illinois Urologic Health Surgeons is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding urology practice. This new position supports continued growth and will work closely with Dr. Steve Chung, along with experienced advanced practice providers. We provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care to the communities of Ottawa, Streator, and Peru, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and enthusiastic new graduates looking for strong mentorship. Why This Position Is Exceptional One clinical location per day Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule with very few consults and no call Opportunity to build your own independent clinic panel with full physician support Highly collaborative, friendly, and stable work environment Twelve dedicated ancillary staff members to support your workflow Physician-led training with no urology experience required New graduates encouraged to apply Position Overview The mid-level provider will deliver general outpatient urologic care for adults of all ages. Responsibilities include evaluation and management of: BPH Urinary incontinence Erectile dysfunction Kidney stones Low testosterone Recurrent UTIs Urologic cancers (surveillance and coordination of care) Training will be provided for all urology-specific protocols and procedures.
