Job Description

Position Overview Vallee Health Repair is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide basic primary care AND protocol-driven care in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and wellness services within a growing cash-based practice. This role is ideal for a provider who can efficiently manage straightforward clinical cases while recognizing when to escalate more complex patients to the lead provider. Scope of Practice & Autonomy (Illinois) Must have full practice authority in Illinois OR maintain and be responsible for securing your own collaborating physician , if required Must comply with all Illinois scope of practice laws Responsible for maintaining: Active license DEA (if applicable) All regulatory compliance Medicare Status Ability to opt out of Medicare is strongly preferred Must be willing to comply with a cash-pay practice model Provider is responsible for understanding and maintaining compliance with Medicare opt-out requirements if applicable Primary Responsibilities Core Clinical Duties Full Family primary care services along with specialized care Manage male testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) using established protocols Oversee GLP-1 weight loss programs : Initiation, Titration, Routine follow-ups Perform lab reviews and medication adjustments within protocol Deliver and supervise IV therapy services Provide clear patient education and support adherence Escalation & Clinical Judgment for HRT or weight loss Identify and escalate: Complex or multi-system cases, Non-responders or plateaued patients, Abnormal or unclear lab patterns, Higher-risk medical histories Compliance & Documentation Accurate, timely EHR documentation (OptiMantra) Follow all SOPs and clinical protocols Maintain compliance with: HIPAA, OSHA, State and federal regulations Required Qualifications Active Illinois NP license Independent practice capability or own collaborator Strong protocol adherence + clinical judgment Experience or interest in: Hormone replacement therapy, Weight loss medicine (GLP-1), Wellness / functional care Training Requirement WorldLink Medical training required If employer-sponsored to train: Must be available for in person care only, Requires signed repayment agreement, Subject to compliance and retention terms Work Structure Part-time, flexible scheduling 1099 contractor only

in-person (Quincy, IL) Compensation Competitive; based on experience and structure May include: Per-visit compensation, Performance incentives Ideal Candidate Understands boundaries between protocol vs. complex care Independent, reliable, and coachable Comfortable escalating rather than overreaching Other Expected Duties Perform patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and develop treatment plans in accordance with company protocols Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice Order, interpret, and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines & in accordance with company protocols Perform in-office procedures and injections and learn new procedures as needed (training provided) Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Demonstrate professionalism, clinical accountability, and a team-oriented approach to patient care Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure high-quality patient care Support growth of clinical services by learning and assisting with additional wellness, hormone, IV, or specialty treatments as trained

From $30,000.00 per year
