Nurse Practitioner

Join our dedicated team at a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, where patient care and customer satisfaction are priorities. We focus on minimizing hospital visits by providing comprehensive in-place treatments. We are currently looking for a compassionate healthcare professional to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Applicants must hold a valid Illinois nursing license. While experience in skilled nursing facilities is preferred, it is not a requirement.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering respectful and professional care while ensuring high-quality service. Performing a variety of medical procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing, and wound management. Educating and advising patients on therapeutic plans and normal health development.
