Per Year Description:
- This full-time position is for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Primary Care, located in Silvis, IL.
- The role involves providing care to both long and short-term residents in a collaborative, team-based setting.
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Requirements:
