Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive primary care: consultations, examinations, prescriptions, and follow-ups Manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on quality and outcomes Partner with facility staff to uphold and enhance care standards

Qualifications:

Active IL NP license Experience in long-term or post-acute care preferred

Schedule:

Monday-Friday only - no weekends or on-call duties

Compensation & Benefits:
