We're looking for a healthcare professional passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence‑based clinical practice in an environment that values both traditional and holistic medicine. Responsibilities Include Perform health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Prescribe and administer medications per clinical guidelines. Perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, IV therapy). Document all encounters in EHR systems such as Practice Fusion. Collaborate with physicians and allied professionals for seamless care. Educate patients with different backgrounds on wellness and prevention. Support clinic research and quality‑improvement initiatives nad integrative medicine. Deliver care in‑office and through telemedicine. Ensure compliance with

HIPAA, ICD

‑10, and CPT regulations. Preferred Qualifications Active Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP/APNP) license (Illinois). 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care, acute care, or geriatrics preferred. Strong documentation, triage, and coordination skills. Proficient in EMR systems and modern medical technology. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
