Services include but are not limited to history & physical examinations for patients; the nurse practitioner also does medical consults as ordered by the attending psychiatrist for medical problems which develop during the period of hospitalization. QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Master of Science in Nursing Degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of clinical experience required.
Licensure:
Current Indiana NP license with renewal required.
Additional Requirements:
CPR/AED/First Aid certification, nonviolent physical crisis intervention completion & appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint within 90 days of employment and prior to assisting in a restraining process.
