Nurse Practitioner - Skilled Nursing / Geriatrics Columbus, IN $120,000 - $145,000 per year + Incentives Proactive Clinical Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in skilled nursing facilities in the Columbus area. Our model allows providers to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians to deliver high-quality care to geriatric patients.
