Job Description
The Telehealth Department provides compassionate, patient-centered care through video visits. This role focuses on remote patient monitoring, hospital discharge follow-up, pre-op anemia management, and E-Visits. This is a full-time position working 80 hours every 2 weeks. Position requires licensure in the state of Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky with certification by the
ANCC/AANP
as a Certified Nurse Practitioner (acute care or family practice) or NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant. Fully implemented EMR (Epic), integrated for inpatient and outpatient. CME/PTO hours. Incentive compensation program.Benefits Include:
