General Medicine Assignment Length:

13 Weeks (ongoing potential)

Schedule:

Days, PRN (half-day or full-day options)

Location:

Kokomo, IN area (provider must be within 50 miles or have a local office)

Office Requirements :

Provide clear photos documenting clinic signage; parking with a designated accessible space and visible wheelchair route; front/suite entrances and thresholds; elevator if not on the ground floor; waiting room furniture; and the exam room showing the door threshold, exam table with protective paper, and provider workstation. Also include an accessible restroom with grab bars and full sink/toilet view, a fire extinguisher with readable inspection/manufacture details, illuminated emergency exits, and evidence of single‑use PPE, medical supplies, and basic medical instruments (e.g., blood pressure monitor

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license (Indiana) AANP Certification (required) Experience in general medicine , including: METs testing Respiratory & cardiovascular evaluations Must own a Windows laptop (no Mac/Apple devices) Willingness to complete DMA training & certification Must not be actively performing similar assessments elsewhere Simple, Stress-Free Onboarding Getting started is easy.
