Job Description

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care services at an onsite wellness clinic. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a corporate healthcare environment focused on employee wellness and chronic disease management. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adults and children ages 16 and up. Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of health conditions. Develop and implement long-term chronic disease management plans. Perform biometric screenings, routine physicals, and preventive care services. Execute point-of-care testing and clinical lab draws. Document patient encounters accurately within the electronic medical records system. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient outcomes. Qualifications Required Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Active Indiana Nurse Practitioner license. Active CPR certification.
Experience with:
Chronic disease management Point-of-care testing and phlebotomy procedures Biometric screenings and physicals Epic EMR experience is highly preferred (not required) Schedule Requirements Availability to work 24 hours per week. Preferred schedule of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with potential flexibility. Assignment Details Part-time contract opportunity with an initial expected duration of 5+ months. Strong potential for temporary-to-permanent conversion for the right candidate. No dispensing license is required for this position.
