This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF). Role Overview Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday
- Friday No nights or weekends Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns Provide brief interventions and behavioral management Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Coverage area includes: Lawrenceburg, Batesville, Greensburg, and Shelbyville, Indiana Compensation and Benefits Estimated compensation range of $143,542•$170,250 annually with no cap on productivity income Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications Active, unrestricted Indiana license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C Active DEA or willingness to obtain New grads accepted Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
