Job Description
NP position available due to tremendous growth across seven Indiana counties. This seven county Certified Community Center is passionate about rural community-based primary care and behavioral health.
Opportunity:
- Practice in-person- option of several N. Indiana communities
- 4-day/ 32 hour per week position
