Job Description

Nurse Practitioner - Skilled Nursing / Geriatrics , IN $100,000 - $130,000 per year + Incentives Proactive Clinical Partners is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care in skilled nursing facilities in the Martinsville area. Our model allows providers to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians to deliver high-quality care to geriatric patients.
