Join a team of 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers Full-time outpatient practice Monday-Friday daytime schedule Shared call rotation Epic EMR Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients while practicing evidence-based, patient-centered care

Employment Details:
