Job Description

Overview Concentra, the largest occupational health care company in the country, is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support our outpatient center in Erlanger, KY within the greater Cincinnati metro on a per diem PRN basis. Shifts available to cover are Mon-Fri business hours and Saturday half days. Responsibilities
  • Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification and accrediting bodies.
  • Evaluates and treats Center patients in accordance with Concentra's medical model.
  • Completes all medical record documentation prior to end of shift.
  • Calls client representatives following employee treatment for initial injury and/or at any significant change in status.
  • Calls patients to ensure their well-being as needed following center visits.
  • In the absence of Center Medical Director, provides guidance to other medical personnel and center colleagues. Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction
  • Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
  • DOT/FMCSA
    certification
  • active or willing to get during credentialing
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
  • Two to five years of experience in primary care, occupational medicine, urgent care, or an emergency medicine setting is preferred
