We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in assisted living facilities located in Lexington, KY. As an NP, you will provide comprehensive nursing and medical care to patients, adhere to organizational standards and policies, demonstrate adequate knowledge, judgment, and technical skills to ensure care plans and facility procedures are met.
Requirements:
Valid NP license in the state of Kentucky Board Certification Duties will include: Managing all Primary Care related consults History and physical exam Medication review Prescribe medication and drugs Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a follow-up plan Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical knowledge and the patient's medical history
