Full-Time APRN - Family Medicine / Addiction MedicineJuniper Tree Recovery - Owingsville, KY Juniper Tree Recovery is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Kentucky-licensed APRN to join our growing team as a full-time onsite provider. This position will serve our men's and women's residential substance use disorder treatment program and outpatient services. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider who is passionate about addiction recovery, whole-person healthcare, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals seeking freedom from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Position Details Full-Time Monday-Friday Onsite Position Located in Owingsville, Kentucky Competitive Salary Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Supportive Team Environment Qualifications Active Kentucky APRN License Full DEA Registration with authority to prescribe controlled substances Experience in: Family Medicine Addiction Medicine / MAT Services Treating Substance Use Disorders Management of common psychiatric conditions Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a residential and outpatient setting Experience with medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine/Suboxone preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, team-oriented mindset Responsibilities Conduct medical evaluations and follow-up visits Manage medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services Provide ongoing medication management Treat common acute and chronic medical conditions Assist in management of co-occurring psychiatric conditions Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and counseling staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings About Juniper Tree Recovery Juniper Tree Recovery is a men's and women's residential substance use disorder treatment and outpatient center dedicated to healing addiction, restoring lives, and guiding individuals toward lasting freedom through compassionate care and faith-centered support.
