Job Overview A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced, motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a progressive medical practice focused on patient-centered care and innovative treatment approaches. This is an opportunity for a provider who enjoys combining clinical expertise with a personalized approach to patient care. The ideal candidate is confident evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, educating patients, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories Develop individualized treatment plans Educate patients regarding treatment options and expectations Perform and assist with office-based procedures within scope of practice Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing patient management Document accurately and timely in the electronic medical record Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards Provide an exceptional patient experience Ideal Candidate Current Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky or ability to obtain Appropriate national certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and documentation Comfortable working independently while functioning as part of a team Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused Interest or experience in gynecology, functional, orthopedic, or wellness-focused medicine is a plus Willingness to learn specialized treatment protocols and procedures What We Offer Competitive compensation Performance-based earning potential Professional training and development Collaborative clinical environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding healthcare organization Meaningful opportunity to develop expertise in an emerging area of medicine Confidentiality This position is being recruited confidentially. Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
