Job Description

Location:
Amherst, MA (hybrid between Amherst and Northampton offices) Position summary: Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents and adults in a multidisciplinary, integrated practice combining psychiatry, primary care, behavioral health, acupuncture, chiropractic, and nutrition.
Schedule and clinical details:
Full-time = 29 clinical hours/week Typical workweek: one day per week in each office; remaining time remote One day/week with extended hours (until 6 PM); all other days end earlier No weekends, no on-call responsibilities Appointment lengths: 45-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups Team and resources: Multidisciplinary collaboration with PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and nutritionists Robust administrative support for prior authorizations and paperwork Integrated care model with shared psychiatric, primary care, and wellness resources Compensation and benefits: Salary range: $130,000-$165,000 DOE Benefits package included
Qualifications:
Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) or PA with psychiatric experience Experience or interest in treating adolescents and adults Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Eligible for Massachusetts licensure Why this role: Integrated, mission-driven practice with a supportive culture Flexible schedule and opportunity to shape clinical approach within a collaborative setting
