  • Friday, days with no weekends or holidays Highly autonomous role with a broad scope of practice Work in a mission-driven environment supporting employee well-being Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, PTO and other benefits Supportive interdepartmental network with opportunities to lead and educate About You Be able to do the job as described At least 2 years of NP experience in adult practice; prior occupational health experience preferred Comfortable working as the only provider MSN, Nurse Practitioner Licensed NP in Massachusetts with DEA and prescriptive authority Current BLS and ACLS certifications What You'll Be Doing Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, and develop care plans Manage pre-employment screenings, injury follow-ups, and fitness-for-duty evaluations Provide education, counseling, and referrals for injury prevention and wellness Document patient encounters and communicate care plans with multidisciplinary teams Act as a clinical leader and resource for occupational health protocols and compliance
